Accessibility statement

We aim for the customer service to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to work with keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom and reduced-motion preferences.

Pages use semantic headings, labelled controls and server-rendered hotel content. Mobile Explore defaults to a complete list so discovering and opening hotels does not depend on the interactive map. Keyboard focus treatment remains part of our ongoing accessibility review.

Interactive maps can be difficult to operate with some assistive technologies. Equivalent hotel links are provided in list or card form. Independent accessibility auditing and broader real-device verification remain ongoing.
